Good accessories pack
This is a comprehensive accessories kit.The best way to show you what this accessories pack, sent to me for review, looks like is via a video, so I have made a video review. If you do not enlarge the video to full screen, it sometimes plays with sound but no video (a blank, black screen) - this seems to be an Amazon glitch. To cure it, press the 'full screen' icon.If you are reading this on a mobile phone, you may be unable to view the video - you will be able to watch it on a computer or tablet.Every photographer needs a UV filter and a circular polariser. If you have never used a circular polariser before, get one. They are superb. Digital cameras do not need UV filters like film cameras used to, to remove the blue tint caused by UV light - however they remain invaluable for their second function, namely protecting the lens from accidental damage. It's far cheaper to replace a filter than a lens. The ND4 filter is useful - it is equivalent to a 2 f-stop reduction. Try it, along with a tripod, when photographing moving water to obtain an artificially low shutter speed - the water turns creamy and ethereal. In short, it looks great and unlike anything you would ever see with your own eyes. The filter case is of good quality. In the video, when showing you the circular polariser, I mention `vignetting' without explaining what it is. Vignetting is where the corners of the photograph darken, due to (for example) a lens hood or even a filter encroaching on the photo. Slim filters, such as these, reduce the chance of that happening.Disclaimer: This product was kindly supplied to me for free in exchange for an unbiased review - good or bad.
