After having used an expensive Hoya filter that got damaged (corrosion) by the sea breeze I decided to go for something cheaper. These filters are very good for the price. I was pleasantly surprised because they don't cast any color and with the 8 stop filter you can take long exposure photos when there is still a lot of light. The carrying pouch isn't tight enough to hold the tiny 37mm filters so you do have to be careful when opening the pouch.

I'm using these on my M.Zuiko 14-42mm f3.5-5.6 II R lens with my Blackmagic Cinema Camera. I have the 37mm sizing and these lenses are made very well , great quality picture though them and is a perfect fit on the lens.For the price it is superb.

They do their job fine. I'd say a good lens hood is a must as they have no coating thus adding a ton of glare when shooting towards the light source. The photos I added have lots of contrast added while edited and even so they look quite "milky". I used my hand as a lens hood...

I was sent this item to review.I am a relative amateur when it comes to photography. I am learning as I go what things are and what they do, which is why I took the chance to review these filters.The camera I have is an Olympus E-M10 with a 37mm thread and the filters fit on very nicely. They screw on and feel sturdy once screwed on. The best thing that the filters can be compared to is sun glasses - they cut out some of the glare in overly light situations while still maintaining the photograph's quality.To test the filters, I photographed a rubber penguin I have in the same conditions, changing the filters in between shots. As you will see, the images get darker each time but retain their clarity.Bundled with the filters is a pouch to keep them in. This is a nice touch as it gives you a dedicated place to keep them. You also get a nice microfibre cloth to keep them clean.Overall, this is a nice little bundle. Something to consider if you take a lot of outdoor photos in places which may be bright and might wash out your photographs.
